No. The site visit and the written quotation are free and carry no obligation. You only pay once you've accepted a price and we've agreed a start date.
It depends on the size of the job and what's already booked in. Small repairs are often within a week or two; extensions and larger refurbishments need more notice. We'll give you a realistic date, not an optimistic one.
Yes. Half a day's work is still work, and it's usually how longer relationships start. We'll tell you honestly if something is too small to be worth a separate visit, and suggest bundling it with other jobs.
For work that needs it, we'll tell you at the quotation stage what approvals are required and can work alongside your architect or building control officer. We won't start notifiable work without the right sign-off in place.
Yes — and we're happy to send you the certificate before we start. Ask for it; any firm that hesitates is telling you something.
