Handyman & Property Repairs

The jobs on the list that never get done — repairs, fittings, adjustments and maintenance, by the hour or by the day.

Handyman & Property Repairs

Most firms won't quote for half a day's work. That's exactly why the list on your fridge keeps getting longer. We take these jobs seriously and we turn up for them.

By the hour or by the day

Book us for a half day or a full day and we'll work through the list: doors that stick, a leaking trap, a curtain pole, a cracked tile, a fence panel, a light fitting, a bathroom seal that's gone black.

You get a clear hourly or daily rate agreed beforehand, and we'll tell you honestly if something on the list needs a specialist rather than a handyman — gas work and consumer units among them.

Maintenance for landlords and businesses

For rental properties and small commercial premises we take on scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs: end-of-tenancy making good, fire door checks, gutter clearance, seasonal jobs and the small compliance works that inspections throw up.

We can hold keys, deal with tenants directly and report back with photographs, so you don't have to be there.

What's included

  • Door, window and lock adjustments and repairs
  • Shelving, curtain poles, blinds and TV mounting
  • Tap, trap and sanitary-ware replacement
  • Silicone renewal and grout repairs
  • Fence, gate and shed repairs
  • Flat-pack assembly and general odd jobs

Questions about this service

We work in half-day and full-day blocks. If your list is shorter than that, tell us anyway — we'll often pick it up alongside another job nearby and charge accordingly.

Anything notifiable: gas appliances, consumer unit work and most new circuits need a registered engineer or electrician. We'll say so upfront and can bring in the right trade rather than improvising.
